Welcome to Notes & Reflections

A Space for Reframe and Reflection

Notes & Reflections is a space I’ve created to share insights from the work I do-and the work I continue to practice. It’s for parents, caregivers, and educators who want to look beneath behavior, move away from shame-based discipline, and shift into connection-based strategies rooted in developmental science.

Here, you’ll find insights grounded in neuroscience, child development, psychology, and the lived experience of raising and teaching kids-especially those with ADHD, executive function challenges, or emotional intensity.

You can expect . . .

  • Reframes that help you see behavior differently

  • Tools for co-regulation and emotional safety

  • Support for shifting away from reactive patterns

  • Encouragement when the work feels downright humbling

  • Stories and insights from my journey as a parent and coach

Whether you’re exploring the impact of ADHD on a child you’re raising or teaching, seeking alternatives to traditional discipline, or wondering how to strengthen connection-this space offers practical guidance and grounded encouragement.  I focus on small but meaningful shifts that support emotional well-being—for both children and the adults who care for them.

Thanks for being here. I hope what you find inside these posts feels supportive, clarifying, and maybe even a little healing.
